Going around the island, we arrived on the first day to the Northest point:
POINGAM, a very remote place!
We could not go further. In order to reach that place, we had to take a 30 kms off-road track... not very suitable for our Peugeot 206!

We slept at the "Relais de Poingam", a very cute small resort made of simple but very clean bungalows. As you see, the beach was just 20 meters in front of our bungalow! On that night, we had dinner at a huge table with the rest of the guests, a bunch of boring French people...
