Azerbaijan (2nd round!)

Yep! Here I was for the second time in my life!
As I had already visited the capital (Baku), I decided to take a closer look at this interesting city full of contrasts and a really interesting architecture.

FIRST: the contrasts

Look at this strange looking building! The lower part seems to be an old building over which they have built that ugly moder addition!!
